Return & Exchange

At BE BOSY, we take pride in our bespoke tailoring process, which means each piece is made specifically for you. Due to the customized nature of our garments, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following exchange policy:

Exchanges:

  • If you receive a garment that is defective or if there’s an error in your order, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to ensure you receive the correct piece.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Exchange period takes 7-8 days

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact us at BEBOSYBRAND@GMAIL.COM with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We’ll provide you with instructions for returning the item and selecting your exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping for your new item, which is Rs.180
